One workspace that tells you what needs action.
Tasks, money, documents and subscriptions live in one system. Your home screen is the queue of what actually needs a decision — and an obligation stays visible until the work is really done.
Built for small and growing teams that want order without heavy software.
AI suggests. You review. Financial actions never run automatically.
Private beta · 14-day trial · 500 MB storage · no card · EN / RU / RO.
A look inside
The Money workspace. Every obligation carries the same state label you meet everywhere else in the product.
Finances
Finances- Acme Studio — invoice€1,200Due
- Cloud storage — subscription€15Paid
- Office rent€800Planned
- Scanned receipt—Needs review
Illustrative preview — sample data, not a real account.
Add, review, execute
One simple loop keeps work moving. You stay in control at every step — nothing important happens without you.
- 1
Add
Drop a task, a document, a note or a subscription into one place. No forms to learn, no lost context.
- 2
Review
Nevora reads what you added and suggests the next step. You check the suggestion before anything is applied.
- 3
Execute
You confirm, and the action is recorded and connected. Payments and money changes happen only when you approve them.
Six sections. Nothing to learn.
This is the whole product — the same sections you see after signing in, in the same order.
Action Center
Your home screen is the queue of what needs a decision. Reading a notification never closes an obligation — it stays until the work is done.
Work
Tasks and projects with owners and deadlines, connected to the document or the payment they came from.
Money
Transactions, financial tasks and subscriptions in one workspace. An amount becomes a fact only when you confirm the payment.
Documents
Upload an invoice or a receipt; Nevora reads it and proposes what it means. You decide whether it becomes an obligation or an expense.
Capture
Drop in text, a photo or a file from anywhere. It waits in the Inbox until you review it — nothing is filed behind your back.
Team and access
Invite the people who need it, with roles. Your workspace is isolated: a member sees only what their role allows.
Captured, informed, needed, done — four different things
Most tools blur them, so “I saw it” quietly counts as “it is handled”. Nevora keeps them apart.
- 1
Captured
Something you dropped into the Inbox. Not classified and not an obligation — it waits for your review.
- 2
Informed
A notification reached you. That is delivery and nothing more: marking it read changes no obligation anywhere.
- 3
Needs action
A business action is genuinely required. It stays on your home screen until the underlying work is done.
- 4
Done
The owning module recorded the real thing — task closed, payment made, review confirmed. Only that resolves it.
Which is why an unpaid invoice cannot be silenced by clearing a notification badge.
From a photo of an invoice to a paid obligation
The flagship path, and you approve every step that touches money.
- Upload
Add the document
Photograph or drop in an invoice or a receipt. It lands in your Inbox, nowhere else yet.
- Extract
Nevora reads it
The amount, date and counterparty are extracted into a draft. Still a suggestion — no money is touched.
- Decide
You classify it
An invoice becomes an obligation to pay; a receipt becomes a recorded expense. One document, one entry — never both.
- Confirm
You mark it paid
Only your explicit confirmation posts the transaction — and doing it twice will not pay it twice.
One financial vocabulary, everywhere
A subscription, an invoice, a receipt and a manual expense all move through the same six states — and they are called the same thing on every screen.
- Detected
A signal was found. Nothing is owed yet.
- Needs review
Waiting for you to classify or confirm it.
- Planned
A future obligation exists on the books.
- Due
Owed now: the date arrived, or a payment task is open.
- Paid
Money actually moved — the only state backed by a transaction.
- Cancelled
Closed without payment: rejected, skipped or cancelled.
Reaching “Paid” takes an explicit confirmation from you — and confirming the same obligation twice cannot pay it twice.
What the AI can do — and what it can never do alone
This is not a promise; it is enforced in code and checked by our tests on every build.
AI may
- Read a document and extract its fields
- Suggest a category, a task or a next step
- Explain why something needs your attention
AI may never, on its own
- Post income or an expense
- Mark an obligation as paid
- Change your billing plan
- Change anyone’s permissions
- Delete your data
Every accepted suggestion runs through the same module and the same confirmation as a manual action. The AI has no privileged path.
Control, security and the role of AI
Nevora is assistive by design. It helps you decide faster, but the decision is always yours.
AI suggests, you decide
Every AI output is a suggestion you review. Nothing is applied until you confirm it.
Confirm-first finance
Money changes are never automatic. A payment or expense is recorded only after you approve it.
Your data stays yours
During private beta your workspace is isolated and private. No hidden sharing, no surprises.
Important obligations stay visible until they are resolved — not just until a notification is read.
How we prove it, not just say it
Each guarantee below is a contract test in our codebase. Break it, and the build fails — the promise ships with the code.
Money moves only when you confirm it
Nothing posts a transaction on its own. The confirm-first rule is checked by a test, not left to convention.
Paying twice can’t charge twice
Marking the same obligation paid more than once is idempotent by construction — the second confirm is a no-op.
Reading a notice doesn’t resolve it
Notification state and obligation state are separate. Clearing a badge never closes the underlying work.
The AI can’t act on its own
AI writes only to its own suggestion tables — it can’t post money, mark anything paid, change your plan or permissions, or delete data.
Your workspace is sealed off
A request for another workspace’s data comes back empty, as if it didn’t exist — enforced row by row, not by hiding a button.
Analytics never sees your content
Usage events carry no document text, file names or email addresses — only that something happened.
These are not badges we drew. Each one fails our build the moment it stops being true.

Questions before you start
The honest answers, in plain words.
What does “private beta” mean?
The product is live and usable, but paid checkout is not switched on yet. Anyone can start the free 14-day trial without a card; paid plans open once billing is enabled.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is charged automatically. When billing opens you choose a plan with higher monthly limits, or keep going on the free tier. The decision is yours — we never auto-upgrade you.
Can I create more than one workspace?
During private beta each account has one workspace. You can invite teammates into it with roles; creating a second, separate workspace opens after beta.
Where does my data live, and who can see it?
Your workspace is isolated and private. Teammates you invite see only what their role allows, and we never quietly share your data with anyone else.
What does the AI actually do?
It reads, extracts and suggests — a category, a task, a draft. It never posts money, marks anything paid, changes your plan or permissions, or deletes data on its own. Every accepted suggestion runs through your confirmation.
What languages does Nevora support?
The whole product — landing, legal pages and the app interface — is available in English, Russian and Romanian. Switch anytime from the language menu.
Why Nevora exists
Many business tools become heavy too early — extra menus, unused features and limits that get in the way.
Nevora is being built in the other direction: a connected place for tasks, money, documents and subscriptions that you can understand without training, where the important decisions stay with you.
